Getting Started With Your Donation Drive

Here is a straightforward plan to launch a successful drive:

1. Define your host group
   Invite participation from your business, school, church, HOA, civic organization, or neighborhood network.

2. Decide where and when to collect
   Set up clearly marked boxes or bins in common areas with simple instructions for donors.

3. Promote your drive

• Drivers are not authorized to accept cash
  
• Pickup must be in excess of 25 desktops/laptops
• Pickup location must be within 50 miles of our facility
• Tech For Troops does not pick up from residential locations at this time 
• The following are FREE to donate: Desktops, laptops, servers, routers, switches, networking equipment, cables, ethernet wiring, and many other electronics

Drop-off is simple. When you arrive, ring the bell and a team member will come out to your vehicle and collect the donations. There is no need to unload everything yourself.
